Hanging Leg Raises

^May have to switch these out soon, I am hesitant to do so because they are awesome for the abs I just can't progress with them.

Early morning fasted session today (6:30 am). I have friends coming into town tonight and wouldn't have time to train after work. I hate morning workouts, I just feel ehhh about them.

Deadlifts were smashed I usually work beltless my first and second wave in a cycle just because the weight is under 80%. I think it is helping so I am going to keep doing it that way.
