Those hand release pushups were killer, my triceps and shoulders were on fire through the last round of them.

So I officially have left the CrossFit world behind. While I liked the workouts, and felt that it has its benefits for people looking to get in good shape, the cost of being a member as well as some of the movements pushed me away from it.

The other reason is that I have genuinely became interested in lifting again, after my injury I still liked doing it but just didn't have that same feeling, but it has come back with a vengance. I will be heading back to my old powerlifting gym, even though it is 30 minutes away.

I am going to be working under the infamous MikeD , so big thanks to him for taking me on during this. I hope to be able to compete is either a USA Weightlifting or Powerlifting meet at least once this year, maybe twice if my training goes well.
