My endurance is finally starting to creep up there again, it is really nice. What is even better is that my strength hasn't dropped yet, and with some advice from Mike hopefully it iwll continue to rise as I get my body back in great GPP shape.

Thanks guys, I wanted to get it on video but of course I forgot. Had an alright session this morning, little sleep last night after going to see Jeff Dunham with some beer involved lead to a so-so workout. But I was happy I did it.

Thats a PR? Remember I saw you smoke 575 and pull 600 if your grip would have held.

Yeah its a rep PR since I have come back from injury. I pulled 545 a couple months ago and it felt pretty good. I know I have more in me right now so we will see next time I max on deadlift.

Goal is to pull 600 this year, without losing my grip at a lower bodyweight than last time.

It was someones 56th Birthday at the gym today, so that was the theme.

56 Hand Release Push Ups
56 KB Swings @ 54 lbs

56 Medicine Ball Slams @ 30 lbs
56 Knees To Elbows
56 Wall Ball Shots @ 20 lbs

I finished in the 20 minute range, it was a good way to get the blood flowing.

Then, just to get some extra work in ..
