Thanks guys! I have been doing some glute activation exercises before my workouts, because it seems that they haven't been doing what they should be during my lifts. Yesterday they were sore like never before so hopefully something is clicking.

It is funny when you hink you have a problem solved like my back, you wait to find out that there were so many other underlying issues that don't go away even though you fix it.
