Definitely going to crush 205 next time. I am sure wearing a belt to stabilize my core a little bit more would help as well, but I wanted to get it without it.

Had to take a work trip to Chattanooga, TN on Wednesday and won't be getting back until later tonight, so I am missing the last couple of sessions. I am hoing to get to a gym tomorrow and Sunday and test my squat max since that was done on Weds and I missed it.

Looking forward to getting some heavy weight on my back, especially after this trip haha.

No squat max this weekend I was in the gym yesterday but everything was so stiff and tight that I focused most of the time on stertching everything out and getting some light weight with reps to work out the kinks.

Truth, but if you took last nights session and compared it with Sunday's they were polar opposites, and I like that

12.17

Split Jerk - 10 minutes
worked up to 225 for a tough single, not my max but pretty close

3 Position Clean (high hang, knee, floor) - unbroken
95, 135, 155, 185, 195
^Struggled with the high hang on 195 but everything else was really smooth

Squat
warmups

^ Took over the leaderboard by 30 lbs, and after all the other work I did before this I know I have more in me if I am actually going to take a max.


Muscle up - just some skill work, was able to get 2 unbroken which is my best so far

Double Unders - skill work, I suck at these gotta keep working though, 4 unbroken, new best

Haha Mike, come one you know even though this box focuses on strength, their numbers still suck. I will change that though, one day a time. Gotta show these people that you can be strong and still have good endurance. Because right now when we do things for time they can definitely still beat me by a lot

Didn't get to train yesterday, my new pup has been going through a sickness the doctors can't figure out, so took her yesterday. She is back in today as her symptoms got worse, hopin to get it figured out today though.

How does your lower back handle that volume of kettlebell work? I've considered swings but wasn't how taxing they felt.
