Bodyweight this morning is 191.6 lbs, down 3 at least 10 more to go. I need to watch the weight this week, because I want to be at 1-2 lbs a week, no more. So if I am over that I may up my calories a tad to make sure I am not losing too fast.

Last workout before my recovery period. It went well, but this stuff really makes me realize how much my body is not adapted to anything related to endurance and stamina.

10.24

a.) Burpee Box Jumps (30" box), add 1 every round
-8 rounds completed

b.) Wall Ball Shots, start at 2 and add 2 every round
-9 rounds completed

c.) 3 pullups + 3 dips, add 3 of each every round
-3 rounds completed

Did some running after just to keep my legs moving. Resting up for Tough Mudder on Saturday now. Goal is to FINISH, haha.

Total distance was 11.5 miles. I completed it AND survived. Plus, I found out that as long as I have motivation (good teammates) I can push myself way past my limits. I was able to run the whole thing and we completed it in 2 hrs 47 minutes.

I definitely am going to do another one, and I would like to improve on my time, next year that is. Yesterday I was pretty much useless, my lower body was so sore from my feet to my quads. Today is better, it is just my calves that are still hurting so we will see if things loosen up enough today to allow me to get a good training session in.
