Perhaps an upper/lower split is an option to aid recovery? Your lifting pretty serious weight for high reps.

yeah done upper/lower before and liked it, the only problem is I can only train 3 days a week and only have DB and BB to train with.

thanks dray, yeah you are right, muscle recovery is good but CNS is taking the bashing so I am going to look at a different set up to aid recovery.

thanks skid, yeah the high rep deads are good for packing on the mass but take a lot out of me physically.

You could just alternate upper/lower/upper one week, then lower/upper/lower maybe? Or Medium/light/heavy fullbodys? Just throwing things out there
