Squat @ 119.5 8,7,6 = 21 (20) rep goal

bb bench press @ 102kg 8,6,5 = 19 (20)

bb row @ 92kg 8,7,7 = 22 (25)

bb curls @ 39.5kg 10,8,7 = 25 (25)

pretty good workout, been eating less calories the last couple of days and it hasent effected the squat which i thought it would off done.

Any newbie-even-newer-than-me ever has doubts about full body training, I'll point them here, eh?

Nice that you're able to make a small cut, and still lift strong. This a thing you'll do, going forward, or just a one-off?
