bb squats @ 109.5kg 7/6/6/6/6 = 31 +2.5kg (30)rep goal

deadlift @ 137kg 6/5/5 = 16 (20)rep goal

5 sets of squats was murder but kind of rewarding too.

Yeah multiple high rep squat sets is a killer.

Good work Lee. I hear ya on that deadlift goal too. That is my albatross as well.
