sometime this year, i could probley have hit my bench goal now but decided to push for more reps instead of going for more weight, but i'm in no hurry...deadlift goal is going to be the hardest one for me.

Looks to me like progression across the board...you CANNOT ask for more than that Lee!!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me.
