Default tuesday 2/4/13 lower day/squats and deadlifts

squats @ 107kg 8/7/7 = 22 (25)rep goal

deadlifts @ 132kg 8/7/6 = 21 (25)rep goal with grips


squats felt heavy and off today.

i have grips now and they are brillent i love them, i use them on every set of deadlifts is this good practice ? my grip used to give out before my body strength did.

yeah they are brillent, locks my hands onto the bar so much better and easier then straps.
