Default friday 29/3/13 lower day/well squats and deadlift day

squats @ 107kg 9/7/6/8 = 30 (25)rep goal + 5kg

deadlift @ 87kg x 5 107kg x 5 157kg x 4 couldent get that 1rep.

deadlift @ 127kg x 9 (8)rep goal + 5kg

Whats it like to squat and deadlift on the same day? Does squatting take energy away from your deadlifts?

i dont mind squats and deadlift on the same day the squats warm me up nicley for the deadlift the only thing is my lower back gets fatigueid sometimes, but my lower day is basicly just going to be squats and deads.
