Default monday 8/7/13 workout A

squats @ 107kg 10,9,7 = 26 (25)

bb bench press @ 87kg 10,7,5 = 22 (25)

bb row @ 67kg 10,9,9 = 28 (25)

leg curl @ 20kg 15,15 +2.5kg haven't done this in a while so went light.

weighted sit ups @ 10kg 10,15,13

not having much time to lift at the moment so will be doing a 2 day a week fullbody.

the weather is very hot in the UK at the moment so feeling a bit drained plus I am cutting some calories (not eating much).

Great to see you're back into it. I know time will be a precious thing atm, and priorities don't (shouldn't) get any higher than a new kid. But still, lifting is an awesome use of what little spare time you might have here and there (twice a week is more than fine, for full body).

Nice work man, those squats look solid. Anything over 6 reps I count as cardio

Plenty good to do that twice a week for now and keep the lights on, when time frees itself up you can make another push.
