Lookin good Lee, hope things turn out for the best. I think doing a slight reset to build up a little strength could do good! Look forward to seeing the progress.

Nothing wrong with a reset in my opinion, gain momentum again and cruise through your current sticking point..... With OR keeping an eye on you, this is a cert to happen

I have been playing around a little with the push/pull and to be honest it feel really strange to me to lift like that I cant connect with it so I a want to do a classic fullbody hitting all main lifts on every workout except for the deadlift I feel this will work for me plus I enjoy that way of training.
