thanks guys,

I lifted Monday, I will post up later, I didn't follow any type of routine just a few moves to see what is going on and have come to the conclusion I will have to reset my weights I have lost momentum, I cant lift what I was lifting but it wont take me long to build it back up...a few weeks if that.

Default Monday 24/6/13 some odd workout

squats @ 107kg 8,8,8 = 24

bb bench press @ 92kg x 6 @ 87kg x 10,9

db stiff leg dead lift @ 20kg each hand 10,10,6 = 26 really good stretch in the hammies.

bb rows @ 67kg 12,10,10 = 32

standing db press @ 20kg each hand x 12

not the usual routine, will be doing the routine off road suggested with a bit of a reset on the weight and a higher rep goal.

I have re-setted the squats from 122kg to 107kg that is my new starting point.

the bench from 102kg to 87kg

the dead lift, don't know yet, probably dump 20kg if I cant get the reps.

bb rows, about 80kg will be my new starting point.

going to use a 25 rep goal on all the big lifts except dead-lift which will 15 or 20 total reps and 30-40 rep goal on small lifts dependent on what I use.

Sounds like a good plan all around. Kill It!
I know some guys on here hate to re-set weights, but I think if you can re-visit old weights and crush them, you've made progress and built a ton of confidence.

thanks off road, I feel slight re-set is the only way for me to get going again, in a few weeks I will be back to where I was with more reps.
