Default Monday 17/6/13 workout B push

BB bench press @ 102kg 8,6,4 = 18 (20)

military press @ 64.5kg failed,

bar dips @ bw failed

fuck knows what is going on but this workout was a complete flop the bench was ugly as sin then I lost complete strength on everything else, back to the drawing board.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

You've had a bunch of good sessions on the spin, a very bad one will always slip in unannounced at some point. I've made the mistake of panicking after a single bad session and it's unnecessary. Don't change a thing; keep doing what you're doing and see how the next week pans out. If you have several bad sessions in a row, only then do you look for answers.

WTF happened? Give it a go next week and see what happens. Sometimes the stars don't line up or we eat too many much crap on Fathers Day. Who knows, just keep trying.

Damn. :/ Well, see how next session goes, and the one after.

Kuyt's right: one session isn't enough data to gauge anything by, crap as it might've gone.

Sometimes we bomb out. And sometimes we exceed expectations. Mostly, somewhere in the middle I guess.

Yeah you get the odd bad one, pisses you off, then you come back next time with the dishonor fresh in your mind and "boom" you hammer out your best lift's.

No sleep no muscle grow. SRS. Sleep is my worst enemy, being on a swing shift I'm on little sleep both ways half the time.
