Default Friday 14/6/13 workout A SQUAT/PULL

SQUAT @ 122KG 8,8,6 = 22 (20)

CHIN UPS @ BW 7,4,4

BB ROWS @ 97KG 7,6,6 = 19 (20) +2

BB SHRUGS @ 87KG 15,14,11 = 40

squats felt strong and form felt really good, a bit peed I didn't push for 8 reps on the last set.

bb shrugs, well I never do them so i didn't not know what weight to start of with so I just took a bit of weight off the row and shrugged it.

I good start to the new routine I think, I also ate big before this session which helped on the squats.

Nice job. Looks like the squat weight gets to increase. Perfect timing with the added recovery you'll be getting.
