Squat @ 122kg 6,6,5 = 17 (20)rep goal

bb bench press @ 102kg 6,4,5 = 15 (20)

bb rows @ 92kg 8,7,7 = 22 (25)

pretty shitty workout today, lost reps on the bench and the whole workout was a struggle.

Oh well i suppose i'm due a shit workout i have been a roll lately.

Been feeling low energy the last couple of days aswell so that hasent helped, f@ck it grumble over.
