You've been making nice gains in every session so far.

I wouldnt think you are not as strong as last week or anything. Its probably a number of different factors.

As you've said, you hadn't slept well so that would play a big part. Your muscles might have been still recovering from your last day of squatting. You may not have been eating as well over the last few days, your head might not have been in the right state of mind for the tough work out.

With lots of food and rest you'll power through last weeks lifts and more the next time

I occasionally have those days where my CNS barks at me after heavy squats. 2.5kg sounds like a good way to go. You'll get there in the same amount of time.

thanks for the feedback chaps,my conclusion couple nights of crap sleep = lack of appetite=poor recovery and i think using 2.5kg increases on squats will help stalling to quick.
