Squat @ 119kg 7,6,6 = 19 (20)rep goal

bb bench press @ 102kg 7,6,6 = 19 (20) +1

db rows @ 60kg 8,8,8 = 24 (30)

bb curls @ 39.5KG 8,7,6 = 21 (25)

jumped up on the db rows i havent got anything smaller to go up with.

thanks hunter, i thought the 8 reppers i got on Db rows was pretty good going, i will 10 reppers next time.
