Really darn strong session there. Dem rows! Not to mention the bench (again), of course. And squats are moving along well. All good stuff.

As for the next benching goal, what about 120kg for some reps?

Then, if you get to that before I hit 100kg for reps, I'll... probably cry, lol.

thanks dray, lol i'm sure you will get 100kg for reps on bench press very soon.

i would like my squat to be moveing alot better but hey it is still moveing along so i cant moan.

i have been thinking 120kg for reps on the bench aswell, seems a nice number to aim for.
