Nice! The progress doesn't stop around here.


By the way, are those deadlifts in sets across? If so, it's obviously working okay for you, so I might try it too. Our routines are already quite similar anyway.

You certainly seem to have stumbled upon an ideal routine for yourself...the progression has been amazing...I have always said the simpler the better, and your log does a lot to make me think I am right!!

Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Squat @ 114.5kg 8,7,6 = 21 (20)rep goal

bb bench press @ 102kg 6,7,5 = 18 (20) pr weight and reps

db rows @ 55kg l / r
14 15 = 29
12 15 = 27 (20) pr weight and reps

bb curls @ 37kg 10,9 = 19 (20)

woohoo a big mile stone for me today on bench press first time i have ever benched that amount of weight and i done it for reps, one of this years goals done,,two more to go.

Got to think of a new bench goal now.
