benchpress@92kgkg 5/5/5 +2.5kg
deadlift@127kg 1workset 5/ +5kg

squats= put everything into these badboys stoped the set at 3reps and racked the bar wasent going to risk pushing for 2 more reps training on my own and there is always fridays workout to get it, so overall very happy with this sesh.

squat@117kg 3reps had to dump 10kg for some reason felt to heavy

bb row@87kg 5/4/4+2.5kg
chin ups@bw 4/4/2

dont understand how got 5/5/3 0n squats@117kg from last sesh and felt strong and this time it felt to heavy and had to dump 10kg maybe a couple nights of crap sleep is the answer not sure,i;m going to increase 2.5kg on squats from now on.
