thanks moe, yeah it was btb advice i was just very slow in buying them but i am happy i did, it is hard to argue with someone who deadlifts over 700lbs not that i would disagree.

squats @ 112kg 8,6,5 = 19 (20)

bb bench press @ 99.5kg 7,7,5 = 19 (20) weight PR and rep PR dont know if the rep PR counts tho.

bb row @ 89.5kg 9,8 = 17 (20)

ez bar curls @ 40kg 8,8 =16 (20)

rip skulls @ 25kg 10/10 = 20 (20) +2.5kg first time on this and i like them.

thanks chaps, why i ask about the rep pr is that 99.5kg is the first time i have ever bench pressed that amount of weight everything on bench is going to be PRs now so if i have never lifting that amount of weight before the new reps count as PRs aswell then.

Weight PR > rep PR, in my opinion. So you got the better version!.

Congrats. Good session in general, and not only that, but one of your goals for 2013 looks ridiculously close. As in, you could literally do it this week, if you wanted to.
