Great workout Lee! Do you like "high" reps for deads? Can't remember the last time I did anything after 135lb for more than 3. Just curious . Keep up the really great progression!!!

thanks OR , the DB rows felt pretty light i use gripps on all my rows and deadlifts now not allowing a weak grip get in the way of back strength any more.

thanks hunter, yeah i like the high rep deads i'm useing it as more of a muscle builder the just a pure strength/power builder and hopefully the higher reps will give me a bigger 1rm, i trained with my mate the other day and he falls apart after 5 reps on the deadlift.

I always use straps on my rows. There is no way I can hang onto a heavy bar long enough to get the volume in. Keep killing it Lee.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
