i feel good and i feel i'm starting to get alot stronger now i can feel the strength comeing in and as for the size gains yeah i am getting alot bigger too i am around 210lbs now @ 5'6 with 20.4% bf according to a online calculator and i am still slowly gaining size, with the bf% i dont now if that is accurate or not and i dont know if i should of made better gains by now, bf% could be high but i wont lie my diet is fairley good but for most of the time it is just eat everything type of diet it is not strict, food is my weakness, also i'm trying to get a squat video up i feel my squatting is a weakness but apart from that i am happy with my training and i am enjoying it, thanks again steve for popping in and asking, cheers mate

deadlifts @ 139.5kg 8,7,6 = 21 (20)rep goal + 2.5kg i left a bit in the tank.

standing press @ 57kg 7,7,5 = 19 (20)

chin ups @ 7,6,4 1/2 = 17 1/2

bar dips @ 15,9,7 = 31

i little tired today rubbish sleep the last 4 days with a bad tooth but had it pulled out sunday morning.

Tooth ache is a killer. Workout looks good though nonetheless. That one was probably a grind but will make you stronger in the long run.

Strong session, mate. Hitting rep goals is always a good feeling.

Went through very similar thing (tooth problem) recently myself. You'll be back to usual energy levels soon enough.
