Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

thanks hunter, yeah i could of grinded that 1 rep out on the deadlift but i deadlift twice this week so i thought i would save it for friday.

I like the rep goal system, looks very effective.
