squats @ 112kg 6/6/5/5 = 22 (30)rep goal

deadlift @ 137kg 8/6/5 = 19 (20)rep goal

felt tired and lazy today.

will hit deadlift rep goal on friday.

added weight to squat and dumped the 5th set from last lower day.
