thanks mike, i think i could be aiming a bit high with deadlift goal, tbh i will be happy 170kg for reps some time this year.

thanks kuyt, you are right....the strange thing is i always feel it in my hamstrings the next day rarely feel in the quads.

yeah tbh there is int much lower body work i like doing with free weights apart from squats and deads if i was at a public gym i would do leg press and leg curls and extensions so i thought i will just do a load of squat and deads at home, yeah those deadlifts felt realy heavy after the 5 sets of squats.

Squats and deadlifts In the same session is win.
Also how do you load the bar to 109.5kg? If that were me I'd just be lazy and round up to 110kg ...... Which would most likely cost me a rep or two

its the bar it only weighs 7kg so it gives me all kind of uneven weights, you are right tho i should just add a couple o.5kg plates to even it out.

couldent get my workout in yesterday sooo i did it today.

bb bench press @ 94.5kg 10/8/6/5 = 29 (30)rep goal

bb rows @ 84.5kg 9/6/7/7 = 29 (30)

military press @ 54,5kg 6/6/5/5 = 22 (30)

chin ups @ bw 6/5/4 = 15 (max)

dips @ bw 10/8/7 = 25 (max)

wasent feeling the love for 5 sets today
