this session was meant to of been done Wednesday but something came up and i couldn't get the session in

going in to this workout a bit tired but no excuses just get something done.

thursday 9/8/12

deadlifts@117kg 1 workset 9reps=8repgaol+weight
ohp@52kg 7/6/5
pullups@bw max reps 5/4/3=12. 2 more then last time
dips@bw max reps 8/7/4=19. 4 more then last time

squat 20reppers@72kg =20reps+weight
bb bench press@87kg 9/6/5=20repgoal+weight
bb row@79.5kg 8/8/7=20repgoal+weight
db curl@12.5kg each hand 15/15/15=25repgoal+weight
weighted situps@20kg 20/20/20+weight

20rep squats i'm liking this bring them on.
db curls good arm pump but going to add weight and go for more strength

overall a good session,hopefully i will be able to get my weights back up to my pb and beyond.

ha ha thanks jordank91,i'm enjoying it at moment it makes refreshing change to normal squats,lets see if i run when the weight go's up.
