yeah fullbodys are great, but i think i will keep to a upper/lower and do it on a A/B style like btb suggested.

my missus is cool with me training and she supports it but with a family and a couple of promises to spend some time with her but then i went and lifted instead to cut a long story short 3 days a week works better for me.
