felt strong on deadlift and scored the pr, will try and score another deadlift pr next week, the squat was ok but it is my nemesis and we will do battle again friday.
Make them pay. Never quit.

thanks dray, i see want you mean now.

Default Thursday 14/3/13 upper day

Bb bench press @ 77kg 10/10/10
bb row @ 74.5kg 10/10/9
dips @ bw + 10kg 10/8/8
standing btnp @ 42kg 10/10/8
alt db curls 15kg each 10/10 /6

low energy today but was ok workout.

Cant do cgbp because of my bench uprights are to narrow to get a decent grip width so done weighted dips instead.

Good stuff, for a "low energy" day, that's for sure.

Liking the program so far?

Default friday 15/3/13 lower day

not much today.

squat @ 89.5kg 8/8/8/8 + 2.5kg

bb standing calve raise @ 129.5kg 10/10/10 + 2.5kg

thats all folks.

might have to go back to a fullbody, 4 day upper/lower split takes up to many days for me and the missus is moaning a bit about.

I'm sure she doesn't complain when she asks you to move the furniture or remove a lid from a jar. Keep smashing.
