thanks dray, a rep goal on pullups wouldent work atm unless i was 10 reps + a set.

felt strong on deadlift and scored the pr, will try and score another deadlift pr next week, the squat was ok but it is my nemesis and we will do battle again friday.

My thoughts exactly. That deadlift's lookin' pretty solid.


edit: With the rep goal, I meant like, say, 30 reps but in any number of sets. Then gradually increasing to 35, 40, 45, 50. Or something. It's a method I came across ages ago. But hey, whatever works.
