Great to see another squat PR. Half your luck (grumble, mutter).

Have never tried a RDL at this stage. Have done a few SLDL though, which I found not too terrible.

Default monday 11/3/13 upper body

Bb bench press @ 92kg 5/5/5/5/5 + 2.5kg or 5kg
pull ups bw 5/4/2/3 lol
db rows @ 45kg plate weight only 10/10 10/10 10/10 + 2.5kg
standing military press 54.5kg 5/5/5/5/5/5 +2.5kg
ez bar curl @ 35kg 10/10/7
dips @ bw + 10kg 10/8/7

10/10 felt strong to day had really good workout, very happy with my strength at the moment wont 100kg for reps on the bench by the end of the month.

Done 6 sets on military got carried away but again felt strong on ohp.

STUCK IN DB ROWS TO FINISH BACK, NOT ENOUGH REPS ON PULLUPS TO DO A GOOD ENOUGH JOB.

edit: Have you considered going for a rep goal with pullups, but regardless of how many sets it takes? Just an idea.
