Total = 888

thanks moe, yea i am ok with my progress just suck at pullups and dont like them really but i will stick at them just because they are such a good back exercise, on a new programe so just testing my 5 reppers out.

Bb bench press @ 67kg 10/10/10 + 2.5kg
bb row @ 72kg 10/10/10 + 2.5kg
cgbp @ 67kg 5/5/5/5 + 5kg
standing btnp @ 37kg 10/10/10 + 2.5kg
db curls @ 12.5kg 10/10/10/10 + 2.5kg

cant get heavy db in place for db bench press so replaced it for bb.

1min rest between sets.

Very little rest between exercise.
