Step by step Lee, good work. Don't sweat the pull ups, they are bloody hard but if you continue doing them there is no doubt you'll push through and be hitting twice the amount you are now faster than you think.

pullups @ bw 5/3/3 really suck at this
standing ohp @ 52kg 5/5/5/5/5 + 2.5kg
bb curls @ 34.5kg 10/10/7
dips @ bw 10/10/10/ might add weight next time.
Nice progress. Just try to get one extra pull ups rep every 2 weeks. By year's end you'll be a freak!

if you are looking to get better at pull ups look up the recon ron pull up program...

i will do IW, going to stick to pullups instead of swapping them in for DB rows like i normaly do.

Tuesday 5/3/13

lower day

squats @ 107kg 5/5/4 form went to shit on the last 4 reps so dumped 10kg.
squats @ 97kg 5/5 this will be starting weight for next week.

deadlifts @ 147kg x 5 could add 5lbs next week then it will be deadlift PR and Pr's on the deadlift from that point.

had to cut workout short there got so Hungary i had to eat, so pwo meal

1 large baguette with 4 strips of bacon, washed down with a protein shake.... 400ml whole milk mixed with 57g milk powder 1 scoop of whey 25g

total protein of meal 88.5g.

need to eat more pre workout, normally do but hey.
