short workout today got a heavy cold and been feeling like crap the last few days.

squat @ 82kg 10/10/10 +5kg or 2.5kg not sure yet.
benchpress @ 84.5kg 10/6/6 +2.5kg
Db rows @ 45kg 10/10 10/10 10/10 +2.5kg

notes

feeling a slight twinge in my groin and inside thigh as the weight creeps up on the squats.

had nothing left after the rows,but felt good.

overall good short session.
