It has been hard to focus on lifting last week due to some chaos going on but I'm now back with new goals and new routine and a new diet i will be cutting a bit of weight using a modified version of the warrior diet I'm on day 3 of this diet and it is hard for me to under eat during the day but i will get used to it,i have also noticed a some strength lost.The routine is just a basic A/B full body which i enjoy doing and it suits my needs.

starting bw 95kg
goal bw 85kg

bw this morning @ 90kg
5kg down

29/10/12 workout A
squats@87kg 8/8/6 =22 +2.5kg had to drop some weight still have a sore hip and groin.
benchpress@87kg 7/6/4=17
bb row@67kg 10/10/10=30 +2.5kg done very strict
dips@bw 3 max sets 12/7/5=24
ez bar curls@30kg 10/8/7=25+2.5kg

cgb press@72kg 6/4/3 =13 crap lost my strength on these
calve raise@120kg 15/15/15

lost a bit of strength a week off lifting hasn't done me any good.
i'm thinking of adding a 4 set to all exercises
