you have been in the same sort of situation as well steve? on a different subject now i was thinking converting your 20rep goal workout in to a 2/3 day A/B type workout could you give me some ideas on how to do this any help would be brilliant.

I lived in a bad apartment scene when I was in the military. Always some nonsense going on through thin walls.

Regarding the workout, I would do something like the following for a 2 day:

Monday
Squats
Bench Press
DB or Barbell Row
Tricep Extensions
Curls

Thusday
Deadlift
Overhead Press variation
Pull Ups
Close Grip Bench
Calves


Or something like this for a 3 day:


Monday
Squat 3 x 20 rep goal
Close Grip bench 3 x 20 rep goal
Dumbbell Row 3 x 20 rep goal
Barbell Curl 3 x 25 rep goal
Abs exercise 3 sets

Wednesday
Deadlift 3 ramping sets, 5-88 rep goal
Military Press Variation 3 x 20 rep goal
Pull Ups 3 x max
Dips 3 x max
Calf Exercise 3 x 25 rep goal

Friday
Squat 1 x 20 reps
Bench Press 3 x 20 rep goal
Barbell/Pendlay Row 3 x 20 rep goal
Dumbbell Curl 3 x 25 rep goal
Abs exercise 3 sets
