thanks chaps i had a very good session that day.

todays training was a complete epic fail i am experiencing some weird issues with my forearms and hand grip i seem to be losing strength from them WTF is going on i'm curious if anyone else has had this problem,my answer to this at the moment is lots of food.

here is the epic fail

deadlift@144.5kg 5/2/ grip and forearms fatigued couldent make a third set
military press@57kg 6/5/5=16
chin ups@ bw couldent hold on to the bar,omg wtf is going on here
dips @bw same thing here aswell

Just a complete hand weakness? I've had that happen twice before for no reason. it usually bounced back quickly.

Not sure what caused it though.

i don't think its much to worry about just one of things that crop up now and again, trained today with no issues.

20rep squat@84.5kg = 20reps +2.5kg
bench press@92kg 6/7/6 =19reps 1 more then last time yeah
bb row@87kg 8/6/6 =20repgoal +2.5kg
alternate db curl @17.5kg each hand 8/6/7=21reps
