Sorry I missed this. Long night.

If you can afford Versa Gripps they are worth $50. They lock much better and easier than straps. I use them and train completely DOH on the deadlift.

no worries btb. I will definitely look in to versa grippes i find straps hard to use i don't want to limit the deadlift due to grip problems.

pretty good workout wanted to progress on bench but didn't happen

The shrugs look like they're too light for you if you have a 20 rep goal. You killed 77kg with ease

Lookin good Lee. A suggestion on the shrugs, sort of superset those with your rows and pull a set before you rack the bar.

thanks chaps,the shrugs were a bit light i dont ever do them so i was seeing where i stand with them,yeah good point ironwill i'm thinking superseting them with the bb row,i was pretty winded after that 20reper

week 4
8/10/12
was ill over weekend and thought i would be ok training today but it didn't will give it a another shot tomorrow. squat warm ups sets 4,2 work sets @109.5 . 6/5/called it a day felt really heavy

good workout today hit all my rep goals on the compound's which matters
loaded up the bar for the cgbp heavier then what i had write down by accident and still got 7reps on my first set then reset the weight to what is logged for the last two sets,first set was done @84.5kg
