squat@100kg 8/8/8=20rep goal+2.5kg felt allot better
cgbpress@72.5kg 7/7/4=18 triceps were on fire,still a bit taxed from Saturdays pressing i think.

ez bar curls@30kg 10/9/6=25repgoal+2.5kg
weighted situps@25kg 15/15/12=42

thanks btb,yeah i'm using straps and a mix grip but it let me down everytime i realy need to improve my grip strength any suggestions?i was thinking about starting a thread on this problem.
