Not the best session at all, dropped reps here and there and everything felt hard. Almost certainly down to the mornings PT session so I'm not gonna worry too much. I'm actually pleased that I managed to drag myself thru and finish the session, I felt pretty dejected and hurt all over so I called myself a pussy and many other things and managed to at least get it done.

Good session tonight, reps creeping up here and there. Really pleased with the rows, first time Ive used the 35Kg dumbells for anything other than shrugs so that was nice. Grip is the first thing to go tho, perhaps I need to employ the straps on a couple of the exercises in this session?

BW was 97.1Kg, ever so slightly down on last weeks 97.4Kg but I did expect it, I havent eaten as much as usual but the damage is minimal.

Been away for a few days so got a couple of sessions to log and a few cardio sessions which i wont

Upper Power

Bench Press

77.5Kg x 5
77.5Kg x 5
77.5Kg x 5
77.5Kg x 4
77.5Kg x 4

BB Row

72.5Kg x 5
72.5Kg x 5
72.5Kg x 5
72.5Kg x 5
72.5Kg x 5

Military Press

50Kg x 5
50Kg x 5
50Kg x 5
50Kg x 4
50Kg x 4

BB Shrug

130Kg x 6
130Kg x 6
130Kg x 7
130Kg x 5

Bench felt strong, should be good for the full 25 reps next time and then it's PB town Grip was an issue with the shrugs even with the straps, I think i may put in some static holds somewhere as my grip is poor.

Lower Power

Squat

102.5Kg x 5
102.5Kg x 5
102.5Kg x 5
102.5Kg x 5
102.5Kg x 5

Power Clean

60Kg x 3
60Kg x 3
60Kg x 3
60Kg x 3
60Kg x 3

Calf Raise Machine

106Kg x 10
106Kg x 10
106Kg x 10
106Kg x 10
106Kg x 10
106Kg x 10

Leg Raises

BW x 10
BW x 10
BW x 10

DB Sidebends

65lbs x 10
65lbs x 10
65lbs x 10

Last set of squats was a little scruffy but I got there, feeling pretty strong all round and still improving with all the cardio. Dropped around 1Kg in weight and still getting stronger. This is surely win
