Squats Felt STRONG! Great to be walking out two plates again for the first time in god knows how long and I had had no real problems with the weight.

Conservative on the deadlifts, first time I have done them in a while so it was just really to get used to the form and movement again and take it from there.

Tough session but immensely satisfying

Cheeky little session at PT this morning. 20 people, 10 challenges, 2 mins each challenge per person, best score wins. Challenges were:-

Max Press-Ups
Max Sit-Ups
Max Pull-Ups
Max Row
Max Bike
Max Squat Thrusts
Max Crash Mat Run
Med Ball Throw from the chest, max distance
Basketball Free Throws
Cricket throw at stumps

A couple easy ones to break it up but for the most part this was sickening. The row nearly killed me and my partner who is a lot fitter than I am. Good fun mind but not for the faint-hearted!

Our season has just finished actually, keeper/batsmen myself. Haven't had the weather for it at all this year unfortunately, half the season has been washed out
