Hi all,

Still lifting..

Been struggling for time to log..

Been going for 5x5's recently with gradual increases everytime I hit rep goal. I'm training in the hypertrophy rep range for all assistance work.

Next weeks plan is Deadlift 165kg, Bench 95kg and Squat 130kg 5x5

Hi all,

struggling to get near a laptop or computer lately.

Last nights training consisted of

Flat Bench Press 5x5 @ 105KG
Close Grip Bench Press 60kg x12, 70kg x8, 80kg x5, 90kg x5
Dumbbell Bench Press 40kg x8 (4 sets)
Seated Barbell Behind the neck press 80kg x6 (4 sets)
Cable Flyes light 4 sets of 12 reps
Cable Tricep Pull Down 22.5Kg x15 (4 sets)
