Thanks all, I feel like I'm just getting back into the swing of things after the christmas period of junk food and alcohol as a diet.

Planning on staying away from alcohol for a couple of months as I feel it really messes training up for me

Deadlifts - 120kg x5, 140kg x5, 160kg x3, 170kg x2, 180kg x1, 190kg x0.

Barbell Rows - 70kg x10, 80kg x10, 90kg x8.

Dumbbell Rows - 40kg x10 (4 sets)

Hammer Strength Shrugs - 130kg x12 (3 sets)

I was disappointed with the 190kg deadlift as it wasnt even close. 180kg flew up and could possibly have done a double.

strong work none the less.

get a video of yur deadlift form - i got great help here from the guys that helped me with my DL

killing it jk91.10kg jumps is alot i would try 5kg or 2.5kg, just thinking out loud there.
