My gym has changed its closing times to 9pm on weekdays and 2pm on weekends. This doesnt suit me as most days i'm only getting home from work around 8 o clock. This week I joined a new gym and I've had a couple of sessions in there trying to find my weights with new machines etc.
I've started training with a new partner and he trains for 12 reps. Im gonna give this a go for now.

Flat bench press : 60kg x12, 80kg x10, 80kg x10, 90kg x6, 80kg x9

Incline Bench Press : 50kg x12, 60kg x12, 70kg x7

Seated cable flyes : Pin 3 x10, Pin 4kg x10, Pin 5 x10

Sets of 12 with machines is always a good idea, especially after the main work has been done. 90kg x6 on your bench, it is improving quite a bit isn't it? It was 90x2 or 90x3 not so long ago.

Yeah bench has improved thank god.. I think my head holds me back most of the time to be honest. Shoulder is still at me so I'm cautious of that
