Rear Delt Flyes - 22kg x8 (4 sets)

Barbell Shrugs - 90kg x10, 100kg x10, 120kg x10, 140kg x8

Push Press 60kg x5

Session felt very good. I was clearing the bar at the end so decided to give push pressing a try.

Thanks Lee,

Felt much better.. I think the problem last week was that I jumped straight into my working set with no warm up with that motion.. Did a number of light reps before my working set last night and it felt great

haha thanks kuyt, im happy with my shoulder gains lately.... i'll gladly swap you for your bench pressing though I cant seem to pass the 100kg mark
