I feel as though I'm not having great workouts in strange gyms but I'm just doing the best I can.

Thanks lads, I'm enjoying the deadlifts lately. Really wanting that 180kg and then hoping to push on and break the 200kg.

The 170 was a PR Steve. I was probably being a bit greedy jumping to 180 afterwards

I find them pretty good. The CGBP might be light for most but with my poor conditioning they definitely do the trick as I'm exhausted by the stage I get to them.
