Bulk is still going.. Not as clean as it should be and bf% is constantly rising

i have decided to do a slower and cleaner bulk i was gaining to much bf% for my likings, i feel a dirty bulk is good for quick gains but not for the long run just my experience.

Deadlifts 150kg 5x5

Barbell Rows 80kg x8 (4 sets)

Dumbbell Rows 40kg x10 (3 sets)

Hammer Strength Shrugs 160kg x12 (3 sets)


Took a video of my 4th deadlift set for all to pick at my form. It's only when I watched it that I realised how awful the form is. I'll upload the vid when I get onto a laptop next as I'm not sure how to do it from my phone
